I bought this intake right after I purchased my firs brand new car (a 2008 Acura TL). I read a lot of reviews and watched many youtube videos before purchasing. I was worried about my OEM warranty but I went ahead and purchased the item and put it on myself. It was harder than expected to mount this and you do need some tools and a significant amount of time to put it on but it is well worth it. I have had it for two years, only driven the car 6K miles, but it sounds awesome and has improved the cars performance. The car accelerates faster in the 2400 to 4500 RPM range and grows ... We also monitor fuel trim correction factors and all OBDII sensors during R&D to eliminate leaning the engine out and/or throwing a check engine light AEM pioneered
